Refunds for Dropping or Withdrawing from Classes
Schedule Adjustment Period – Dates have been adjusted due to inclement weather
January 26, 2026, through February 13, 2026*
Drop Period – January 26, 2026, through February 6, 2026*
Students can drop courses and receive a refund of 100% of all tuition and fees.
SWAP Period – February 7, 2026, through February 13, 2026*
Students can drop a course and replace it with another course (SWAP) for the same number of credits, with no financial penalty.
Swap Example
Add Math 101 (3 credits), Drop Math 101 (3 credits, Add Math 102 (3 credits) – Charged for 3 credits of tuition and fees.
Between February 7, 2026, and February 13, 2026*, students dropping a course and not replacing it with another course will be charged 20% of tuition and fees for the dropped course.
