Parents/Authorized Payers
Students can authorize others to view their e-bills and make online payments. If your student has authorized you, you should have received a login. If you were authorized but do not have your login or need your login reset, please contact the student. Students are the only ones who can reset passwords to this site.
Please note that your Parent Pin login may be different than the login you use to access Profile Sharing (myUMBC, Google (Gmail), or Facebook login).
Parent PIN Authorization directions for students
- Students log in to myUMBC
- Under Guide, select Billing & Personal Finances
- Select Payments & Billing
- Click on My Account on the left side of the screen
- Send the payer an invitation
- Add the payer’s email and select Send notification
Once authorized users are added, they will receive email notifications when E-bills are available and reminder emails if E-bills are not viewed in 7 days.
