Refunds for Dropping or Withdrawing from Classes
Schedule Adjustment Period
August 27, 2014 – September 10, 2014
Between August 27, 2014 and September 3, 2014, students can drop courses and receive a refund of 100% of all tuition and fees.
September 4, 2014 – September 10, 2014 (SWAP Period)
Between September 4, 2014 and September 10, 2014 students can drop a course and replace it with another course (SWAP) for the same number of credits, with no financial penalty.
Swap Example
Add Math 101 (3 credits), Drop Math 101 (3 credits), Add Math 102 (3 credits) – Charged for 3 credits of tuition and fees.
Between September 4, 2014 and September 10, 2014 students dropping a course and not replacing it with another course, will be charged 20% of tuition and fees for the dropped course.

NOTE:
- No refunds for drops if schedule remains at 12 or more credits after drops are completed.
- Students are responsible for payment of 100% of non-refundable fees.
