Refunds for Dropping or Withdrawing from Classes
Schedule Adjustment Period
August 24, 2026, through September 4, 2026
Drop Period – August 24, 2026, through August 28, 2025
Students can drop courses and receive a 100% refund of all tuition and fees.
SWAP Period – August 29, 2026, through September 4, 2025
Students can drop a course and replace it with another course (SWAP) for the same number of credits, with no financial penalty.
Swap Example
Add Math 101 (3 credits), Drop Math 101 (3 credits, Add Math 102 (3 credits) – Charged for 3 credits of tuition and fees.
Between August 29, 2026, and September 4, 2026, students who drop a course and do not replace it with another will be charged 20% of the tuition and fees for the dropped course.
