Refunds for Dropping or Withdrawing from Classes
Schedule Adjustment Period
January 26, 2027, through February 8, 2027
During the schedule adjustment period, you can swap a course for another course (for the same number of credits) without financial penalty. Please be sure to add the new course to your schedule before dropping the old one. If you drop a course during the schedule adjustment period and do not replace it with another course, you will receive a pro-rated financial refund based on the drop date. Please refer to the Refund Schedule below.
Drop Period – January 26, 2027, through February 1, 2027
Students can drop courses and receive a 100% refund of all tuition and fees.
SWAP Period – February 2, 2027, through February 8, 2027
Students can drop a course and replace it with another course (SWAP) for the same number of credits, with no financial penalty.
Swap Example
Add Math 101 (3 credits), Drop Math 101 (3 credits, Add Math 102 (3 credits) – Charged for 3 credits of tuition and fees.

*NOTE:
*No refunds for full-time Undergraduate students remaining at full-time (12 or more credits) after drops are completed.
