Refunds for Dropping or Withdrawing from Classes
Schedule Adjustment Period
August 31, 2016 – September 14, 2016
Between August 31, 2016 and September 7, 2016, students can drop courses and receive a refund of 100% of all tuition and fees.
September 8, 2016 – September 14, 2016 (SWAP Period)
Between September 8, 2016 and September 14, 2016 students can drop a course and replace it with another course (SWAP) for the same number of credits, with no financial penalty.
Swap Example (no financial penalty) – Add any 3 credit course – Drop that same 3 credit course – Replace the dropped course with any other 3 credit course.
Non–Swap Example (financial penalty) – Between September 8, 2016 and September 14, 2016 students dropping a course and not replacing it with another course, will be charged 20% of tuition and fees for the dropped course –

NOTE:
- No refunds for drops if schedule remains at 12 or more credits after drops are completed.
- Students are responsible for payment of 100% of non-refundable fees.
